Fashion, in my opinion is one of the most accessible and intriguing types of material alchemy. Above is a photo from Marc Jacob's Spring 2010 Collection runway show. I am currently in the process of learning how to construct my own garments, and his work is a constant reminder that once I master the techniques necessary for proper construction, I need to follow my instincts and push the envelope with my own unique designs.
